1. Services
Even Ground provides professional vehicle buyer advisory and negotiation services. Even Ground handles dealer communication, structures deals, and secures written terms on behalf of clients. Even Ground does not take possession of vehicles, handle client funds, or act as a vehicle broker or dealer. Clients contract directly with the dealership for any vehicle purchase or lease.
2. No Guaranteed Outcome
No specific savings amount, discount, or outcome is guaranteed. Even Ground makes no representations regarding the final price, terms, or availability of any vehicle. The final purchase or lease decision belongs entirely to the client.
3. Fees and Payment
Complete Deal Handling is offered at a flat fee of $800, payable in full at the time of purchase. Even Ground does not issue refunds once work has begun. Work begins when the client's completed intake form has been received and reviewed. If Even Ground is unable to locate a suitable vehicle or an error occurs on Even Ground's part, the matter will be addressed directly and resolved on a case by case basis. 4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the intake process. Even Ground relies on the information provided to source vehicles and negotiate on the client's behalf. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality or outcome of services. The client is solely responsible for reviewing and approving any deal terms before signing any agreement with a dealership.
5. Independent Service
Even Ground operates independently and has no affiliation with any dealership, manufacturer, financing institution, or third-party automotive service. Even Ground does not receive referral fees, commissions, or compensation from any dealership in connection with any client transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
Even Ground's liability to any client is limited to the amount paid for services. Even Ground is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to any outcome of a vehicle transaction, financing terms, or dealer conduct.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Even Ground shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
8. Changes to These Terms
Even Ground reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Even Ground services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
